Plumber / Drain Service Technician
Working under the supervision of our Plumbing Supervisors, our plumbers will assist our plumbing and CCTV crews with line flushing, various construction/plumbing activities and CCTV’ing of sewer and underground infrastructure. exposing underground utilities and backfilling / reinstating of various project sites.

Candidates must have flexible availability. Typical schedule is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. After-hours service may be frequent and be available for standby every 2nd or 3rd weekend.



 

Key Responsibilities:

Flushing of sewers

Emergency Plumbing;

Drain Service & Repair;

Minor plumbing construction activities

Operating equipment and tools

Site preparation and clean-up as directed

Securing and safely loading / unloading vehicles with supplies

Secure work area and set up traffic control

Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

To be consider for a position you must have a valid G Driver's License

306A License / Red Seal Mechanics is preferred.

1 year or more of plumbing experience.

Experience with drain work/repairs

Good verbal communication skills and able to work in TEAM environment

Must be able to speak, read and write in English (French is an asset)

Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.
