**Shift** : 3rd Shift - 11PM-7:30AM; Rotating Weekends

**The role you’ll contribute:**
Responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Maintains boilers, pumps, water softeners and kitchen equipment. Installs and repairs copper, PVC, poly pipes, cast iron and steel piping. Responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all current codes and requirements.

+ Installs, maintains and repairs toilets, lavatories, scrub sinks, manual and automatic faucets and flush valves.
+ Thorough knowledge of hot water systems including the operation of boilers, heat exchangers, steam regulators and pressure regulators.
+ Trouble shoots equipment’s operation, determines cause and makes necessary repairs.
+ Installs according to blue prints: heat exchanger, water softeners, ice makers and piping for a variety of equipment and systems such as fan coil units.
+ Installs and maintains plumbing systems in accordance with local and state codes.
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
+ Must have worked as a journeyman under a license plumber for a period of 5 years or have held a master plumber competency card during past employment.
+ High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
+ Minimum 2 years Healthcare Plumbing Experience (Preferred)
+ Extensive knowledge of Plumbing within the Healthcare field. (Preferred)
