Reporting to the Mechanical Services Supervisor, the incumbent will perform work in the mechanical trades including plumbing, steamfitting, HVAC, and maintenance millwright to ensure that building systems are operating within the desired optimal indoor environmental conditions at the university. The incumbent will work on a variety of mechanical projects and will perform a wide variety of skilled repair, installation, and maintenance tasks. To ensure success in this role, you should have advanced knowledge of a wide array of facilities systems, good mechanical skills, and excellent troubleshooting skills because the reliable operation of these systems is critical to the university.
