Skills & Qualifications:

Licensed Journeyman Plumber preferred but experience without will be considered Excellent communication and people skills Motavated entrepreneurial mindset Desire to function as a business owner  Excellent organization and time-management skills Pride of workmanship / ownership Remediation experience would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations – develop strategies to improve territory performance Total P&L responsibility – current territory revenue in excess of $2.2 million Leadership of current team and expansion of territory Hiring and managing payroll Equipment / parts inventory management
