Skills & Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Plumber in the state of New York A leader of yourself and others Excellent communication and people skills Motavated entrepreneurial mindset Demonstrated management skills Excellent organization and time-management skills Pride of workmanship / ownership Experience leading a team of Plumbing Techs either running your own business or withing an organization.  Solid interest in being a business owner with ability to do so

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations – develop strategies to continue the success of this territory’s performance Take the lead on continued expansion of the territory and development of the team Total P&L responsibility – current territory revenue in excess of $5.5 million Leadership of current team and expansion of territory Hiring and managing payroll Equipment / parts inventory management
