PM/BA for Digital Transformation

Job description

 

Mission Descriptions :

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards are met.

Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions that align with industry best practices.

Create detailed project plans including scope definition, timeline estimation, resource allocation etc., while managing risks effectively.

Liaise with stakeholders across various levels within the organization to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Develop comprehensive requirement specifications documents that will guide the software development team during implementation phases.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes against initial objectives; provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on findings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation space; leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within client organizations.

Requirements :

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field from a reputable institution. Prove experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the digital transformation space. Possess excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum. Apply strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and propose effective solutions. Communicate exceptionally, liaising effectively with stakeholders at all levels within an organization. Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Fluent in English.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
