**Summary:** The Core Ads Delivery team owns Ads Targeting, Ads Optimization, and Ads Quality for every impression Meta serves. These are 3 of the core components that power significant revenue for Meta and comprise a mix of front-end experiences and back-end systems.We have well developed metrics, measurement, and experimentation tools to quantify our work, and our contributions materially impact Meta Inc’s overall revenue.We are looking for a senior product leader to drive strategy, execution, and people management for the product managers in Core Ads at Meta. **Required Skills:** PM Lead - Core Ads Delivery Responsibilities: 1. Team: Lead a team of high-performing product managers, engineers, and XFN driving ads revenue 2. Management: Support and grow the people in your team, and demonstrate the ability to hire/grow/retain senior people in the org 3. Org Structure: Help to shape the future vision of the organization, thinking about scalable structure, cultural elements, and processes to allow for healthy growth towards that vision 4. Partnership & Executive Presence: Demonstrate excellence in collaborating with cross-functional partners in other organizations, while also displaying the ability to "show up senior" in frequent executive forums 5. Leadership: Proven ability to navigate complex, high-pressure situations, appropriately manage what to shoulder vs. delegate, receive and transmit top-down urgency, and build confidence within your organization and the product management team 6. Business: Lead work to drive a significant portion of Ads growth, ensuring you have a strategy, partner support, and resources to do so **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years of formal people management experience 8. Direct work experience with AI/ML, ad tech, auctions, ranking, and/or scaled systems 9. A degree or direct work experience in a technical discipline (mathematics, statistics, economics, physics, computer science, etc.) 10. Excellent collaborator, practiced at influencing others, and good at bringing larger groups along to execute complex cross-team projects **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 11.
