Job Title : Project Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Project quality assurance of development project with target to meet customer satisfaction and to ensure safe launch and which includes 

Technical Compliance Management, Structured Problem Solving, Lessons Learned, Reporting of the QA performance 

Customer interface to relevant project quality topics

Check and manage technical compliance towards the relevant accountable owner 

Strive for frontloading pushing to ensure the product and process Quality in Project and in Launch Phase 

Coaching and Steering the project team on process adherence and quality methods and activities 

Providing methodology support for resolution of Non-conformances

Develop new applications and new business opportunities for ZEISS product and technology

Active technical supports to develop customer’s new application and to solve customer’s troubles

Basic training ZEISS product and technology for customers to understand ZEISS product

Ability to build strong collaborative relationship with customers

Ability to manage complex situations & prioritize sales opportunity

The essential requirements of the job include:

Mechanical/Industry/electronics major, engineering field

Experience in CMM, Optical measuring equipment, scanner, CT/X-ray, etc. preferred.

 Understanding drawings and analyze GD&T are preferred.

3 years’ experience in automotive project/plant quality management (knowledge in electronic and mechanic components)

Work experience in EV quality control is highly preferred 

Ability to build strong collaborative relationship with customers

Ability to manage complex situations & prioritize sales opportunity

Good communication and problem-solving skill, teamwork sprit and logical & structure thinking

Good command of English
