This role leads the strategy and execution of new delivery arcs from Out of Country to Mexico, ensuring customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. The position need to understand customer pain points, drive root cause analysis, and thrive in ambiguous environments while influencing across all organizational levels

Key job responsibilities
• Own and architect the end-to-end delivery strategy for new international arcs, driving continuous improvement in speed, efficiency, and customer experience

• Lead as the single-threaded owner for new delivery arc implementations, managing comprehensive program execution including resource allocation, milestone planning, and performance tracking

• Build and maintain sophisticated analytics frameworks and dashboards to drive data-informed decision making and identify strategic opportunities

• Partner with cross-functional teams across Mexico and global organizations to influence process design and drive innovation

• Present regular business reviews to senior leadership, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

• Champion customer-centric solutions through deep-dive analytics, root cause analysis, and innovative problem-solving approaches
