Ensure attainment of daily and monthly production targets and planEnsure compliance to Standard Operating Procedure.Ensure that all equipment and other related tools, jigs used for manufacturing products are properly maintained and in good running condition and operated based on process specifications.Help in identifying any possible process deviation and create counter measures in coordination with his/her immediate supervisor.Perform any assigned operations – line start-up, mechanical/electrical maintenance, periodic quality inspection, in-process inspection/evaluation and line shutdown as maybe required.Give suggestions to Supervisors on how to maximize production operation with focus on safety, quality and productivity.Ensure compliance to process specifications and parameters as outlined in SOP and ensure accurate traceability by maintaining accurate data and records.Actively participate company activities such as for Safety , productivity and trainingOpen for major adjustments in the production line such as ready to accept challenges and new job assignme
