The key objectives for this role are:

Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution. Overseeing construction activities to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with design specifications. Monitoring costs, managing budgets, and implementing cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to minimize delays, accidents, or other disruptions. Acting as a bridge between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
