Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
VCA Managed Services (VMS) is an augmentation of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution and implementation of recommendations to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.
We are looking for PMO Analyst to support a portfolio of implementation projects, oversee multiple project teams, and control and report statuses within the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will support the implementation processes by planning and implementing organizational PMO standards, such as creating document templates, sample documents and reporting structures. Another key element of this role will be to ensure the smooth communication between various internal and external stakeholders and oversee project management system entries, financial reporting, resource sourcing, contracting, budget and team allocation
What we expect from you, day to day:
Oversee project portfolio as a PMO Analyst.Facilitate communication among VMS team, Visa Consulting, Finance, Sourcing, and VMS Hub.Recruit and manage external VMS resources onsite with Visa clients.Report progress and escalate issues as needed.Monitor and mitigate project risks.Manage and maintain the knowledge database.Prepare presentations and reports for management.Identify and suggest improvements and new business opportunities.Assist the team in planning and executing project activities through the project lifecycle
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsWhat we're after...
Over 3 years of experience as a PMO and/or Management ConsultantOver 3 years of experience in IT consulting, systems implementation and integration, project or product management, preferably in the payments industry.Demonstrated expertise in client-facing roles and stakeholder management within complex organisationsPractical knowledge of project standards and methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills in verbal and written English and Polish.High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Proven ability to thrive under high pressure and in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable solutions.Experience in structuring project proposals based on client needs and problem statements, with clear project approaches and deliverables.Experience in supporting business development initiativesExceptional skills in time management, facilitation, and organization.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
