The PMO Specialist will focus on governance and maintenance of effective project management processes, reporting framework, and control mechanisms to ensure the successful delivery of projects across variety of projects. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Assist in the design and establishment of the Portfolio Management Office, including the development of governance frameworks, standards, and processes. + Contribute to the creation of templates, tools, and methodologies tailored to support effective portfolio management. + Support the implementation and rollout of PMO processes across the organization. + Ensure all portfolio projects comply with established policies, procedures, and standards. + Develop and maintain a compliance tracking system for portfolio projects. + Track portfolio project progress against schedules. + Generate and distribute comprehensive portfolio status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. + Identify, analyze, and report on project risks and issues within the portfolio. + Maintain and support project level RAID log and provide reporting on key criteria’s. + Collaborate with the PMO leader, Business Unit leads, Operations, PMs, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals. + Facilitate portfolio governance meetings and review sessions. + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles. + Knowledge of Project Management tools (Smartsheet) and methodologies (Waterfall). + Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
