PMO Analyst (Remote Metro DC Area)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.

- Perform cost/benefit analyses on potential changes to existing processes.

- Participate in the administration of project and program contract activities, including preparation for internal and external meetings.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define problems and implement solutions.

- Create, review, and present program documents, business and software specifications, process flows, and test cases.

- Document complex program and system needs for both technical and non- technical audiences.

- Assist in the analysis of data and the specification of report packages for internal and external audiences.

- Works closely with other departments to optimize operational activities.

- Support leadership and product owner and stakeholders on project priorities.

- Support the PMO/Integration Management Office (IMO) day-to-day activities- Provide resource and subcontractor coordination (including onboarding, offboarding) in support of project teams and tracking all tasks and equipment - Support PMO communication, organizational charts and distribution lists- Perform other duties as assigned by management

PROJECT SPECIFIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree- 1+ year of experience supporting a Federal client project- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role in an IT environment - Experience using MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration, tracking and as a document repository - Experience with Adobe Acrobat for editing, filling, and signing PDFs- Familiar with Project Management principles (ie Stakeholder and Quality Management) - Experience with consolidating information from various sources and delivering high quality work products in a timely manner- Ability to work proactively and effectively with clients- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure- Ability to think analytically and problem solve- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels in the organization- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and guidance- Ability to manage across multiple tasks with differing priorities- Proactive attention to detail- Ability to review and revise highly visible communications and deliverables- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Active listening capabilities- Demonstrated success in client support- Experience working on dynamic teams focused on meeting client needs in a challenging environment
Additional Requirements as per contract/client:
- Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active IRS Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant
