Cost Management:
Provide effective cost management for fab and non-fab operations.Ensure budget fulfillment and attainment of cost reduction goals.Implement strategies for cost control and reduction.Materials Planning:
Validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and project material requirements.Manage delivery systems and analyze actual usage patterns.Establish and improve material planning processes.Set up and maintain BOM for materials and spare parts.Forecast material and spare parts requirements and ensure accuracy.Supply Chain Management:
Ensure a stable supply of materials without shortages or quality excursions.Collaborate with suppliers to secure reliable and high-quality materials.Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.Process Improvement:
Establish and improve process conditions and technology.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Conduct risk mitigation from cost and supply perspectives.Cost Evaluation and Planning:
Evaluate, promote, and plan for materials and spare parts cost improvements.Analyze cost data and provide insights for decision-making.Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.Compliance with government regulations:
Monitor the permit and license schedule.Periodically revise facility-related capacity and upgrade compliance certificates.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience in cost management, materials planning, and supply chain management within a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for materials planning and cost management.Preferred Skills:
Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes.Knowledge of advanced materials planning and inventory management techniques.MRP & logistics knowledge, database analysis technique with SQL, SAP.About Micron Technology, Inc.
