Job Summary: As a Yield Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Mechanical Line Yield and performance during the NPI, LVM and HVM stage. You will lead and collaborate with various engineering teams to develop yield projection, identify and resolve issues, coordinate continuous improvement plan and track the progress. Your expertise in project management, analysis, and reporting will be essential in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage yield improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Work with Project owner to develop and maintain project plans, conversion plan, and track project progress against these plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including Process Integration, Process Engineer, Site Team, BU, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, Design, Product Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to address these risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among project team members.
• Utilize data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in yield monitoring, root cause analysis, and defect characterization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Controls and 8D investigation procedures.
• Basic programming skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in process integration of PWF and Assembly Line
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing yield.
• Focus on process optimization and efficiency improvement.
