This position is part of RC India hub team.

Responsibilities:

Program manager India hub level programs and initiatives

Work with multiple stakeholders (TA, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities) to ensure the program is on track

Support employer branding programs by working with TA team and program manage the branding activities across multiple campuses and also work with PR egency to drive RC India branding initiatives

Drive innovation through patent program – promote, track, reward

Coordinate with engineering leaders for Hackathon/ Ideathon

Clearly communicates project updates with stakeholders (agendas, meeting notes, dashboard updates, etc)

Efficiently diagnose, navigate, and collaboratively resolve project disconnects or issues. Surface project risks as they arise, work with the team to prioritize and remove obstacles and hold stakeholders accountable for resolution.

Demonstrate and foster teamwork, collaborate productively with and influence project team, peers, and all levels of management.

Create and promote a blogging platform to encourage employees to write on technology and share knowledge.

Drive participation in industry events / conferences

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engg or equivalent,

5-7 years of experience in project management

Strong Program/Project Management Skills

Must be task and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-oriented business environment

System implementation and system integration experience is a plus.

Deep understanding and experience with IT business applications and technologies is a plus.
