What you do
The Finance Planning and Controlling PMO (Project Management Office) is responsible for overseeing and managing financial planning and controlling projects within the organization. This role includes supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities (including Trends delivery across all lobs and A&M steering docs), assisting in the steering of Assistance and Mobility lines of business (LOBs) and Europe and Latam, and ensuring the successful execution of various projects within the P&C department (i.e. Plan/RFC).
Supporting Closing Activities:
Coordinate and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities form trends delivery to final performance reports Ensure consistency of data reported and following up with key stakeholders .Supporting Steering of Assistance and Mobility LOBs:
Support analysis and support for the Assistance and Mobility lines of business. Work closely with P&C Head to support planning and forecasting. Assist in the development of strategic initiatives to drive financial performance and operational efficiency within the Assistance and Mobility LOBsv(i.e. supporting file, data cleaning initiatives, others).Managing Projects within P&C:
Lead and manage multiple ad hoc financial planning and controlling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with main stakeholders (i.e. creation of new reporting processes, ad hoc follow-up as result of financial analysis, Organizational process)
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and controlling, preferably within a PMO environment. Strong understanding of financial closing processes and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Experience in managing projects, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Excel). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
