WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

 

Proven experience in defining and orchestrating governance best practices for Project, Product, Program, and Portfolio Governance. Strong expertise in integrating and adapting different delivery models (waterfall, iterative, agile) to meet evolving business needs. Experience in process improvement, particularly within a PMO environment, including the implementation and evolution of processes, tools, and standards. Ability to manage portfolio governance and tooling, with experience in demand management, resource and capacity management, and financial alignment. Excellent facilitation skills to lead and orchestrate governance ceremonies and workshops. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
