New opportunity for a PMO Lead - Finance and Value Management to join the Strategic Portfolio and Analytics (SP&A) Team in the Transformation and Change Office. The objective of the SP&A team is to support ING to focus on its highest priorities and realize value from its investment portfolio by enabling value driven portfolio prioritization, planning and orchestration with data and analytics

What you’ll do …

Own and embed the portfolio benefits and value management framework, ensuring compliance with global and local practices and standards.Partner with Finance, Risk and Office of CIO to ensure review and challenge of the financials including costs, benefits and ongoing impacts in line with the Benefits and Value Management framework. Define standards for Tribe and COE change financial management activities to ensure adherence to ING Financial governance requirements, including annual and monthly forecasting and actuals.Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the team and broader delivery organization on developing robust business cases and associated governance artifacts.Assist the business in maintaining consistent financial management and tracking of costs, benefits, and change capacity planning, aligned with established standards and tools.Partner with Finance, HR, OCIO, and BU teams on workforce and capacity planning, offering data and insights on resource supply and demand.

What we’re looking for…

Experience in Finance/Accounting ideally in transformation space. Experience in one or more relevant domains (e.g. Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Risk, CIO, COO)Experience in managing a Transformation / Program Management Office Experience in development and implementation of change management and communication plans.Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders including C-Suite executives.Experience in leading and building teams with strong understanding and exposure to agile.Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving successful outcomes.Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce/accounting and/or PMI or other Program management certification
