Job summary As the Supply Chain PMO Manager at Johnson & Johnson Medtech, you will be instrumental in transforming our Project Management Office (PMO) into a robust, strategic partner that supports senior leader decision-making across the EMEA region. This role requires a strong leader who can enhance PMO capabilities, implement best practices, and establish a culture of excellence in project management. Typically, job descriptions should contain no more than seven or eight major responsibilities ranked in order of highest percentage of time to least. 25% Program / Project Portfolio Lifecycle Management: Oversee the management of the Program & Project portfolio, ensuring effective prioritization, alignment with organizational strategy, and resource allocation throughout the portfolio lifecycle. Specific focus on leading the Program / Project intake process. 25% Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in project management methodologies, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in project execution across the supply chain. Includes the design and implementation of new processes, playbooks and templates to support successful project delivery. 25% Support Key Business Processes: Support the PMO Leader, in coordination with Finance and HR, to support key business processes, including financial planning cycles and headcount reporting, ensuring that relevant data is available for strategic decisions and resource planning. 10% Data-Driven Insights: Establish metrics and KPIs to assess Program / Project performance throughout the portfolio lifecycle and gather data-driven insights that inform decision-making processes at the Senior Leadership level. 10% Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and Senior Executives to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment. 5% Reporting & Presentation: Create high-quality reports and presentations for Senior Leadership, summarizing project performance, strategic recommendations, and insights that facilitate informed decision-making. **Qualifications** + Minimum Bachelor degree + Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or PMO leadership, with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive change. + Strong understanding of project management methodologies, preferably including Agile, and process improvement tools such as Lean, or Six Sigma. + Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Exceptional analytical and financial acumen, with a proven ability to use data to drive strategic decisions. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. + Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent. + PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications is highly desirable. + Experience working within a multinational organization and familiarity with EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) regional dynamics is a plus.
