Our Petcare Growth Model (Reach-Conversion-Value) charts the path of Engine 50. Three boosters power its progress: the Content Engine, the Analytics Engine, and the Relationship Engine. Our Content Engine serves as our portal into pet parents’ lives, delivering education, entertainment, and guidance whenever they need it. Our Analytics Engine uses data-driven insights to seamlessly convert pet parents into customers.
The team of E50 champions will drive the successful roll-out of digital products and services across Mars Petcare’s divisions. The deployment of a cross divisional and mutualized ecosystem is essential to leverage on the potential of end-to-end digital use cases and the successful delivery of the Petcare Digital Growth agenda. This digital at scale program will change the internal and external stakeholder journey through the adoption of a new mutualized digital operating model. In this context, we are looking for a highly organized and experienced Line Manager to lead this team.
The PMO Manager plays a critical role to ensure the execution and implementation of each local digital roadmap by liaising with local and global team. She/He will the orchestration and the collaboration between markets, divisions and roll-out teams, as well as inputs for key governance meeting and budget tracking through his team.
What are we looking for?Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing
Project Management experience, certification is preferred yet not mandatory
Knowledge / Experience
Significant prior experience in business (demand), including project management
Significant prior line management experience (ideally remote)
Has evolved in a complex and multicultural environment
Experience in CPG business with cross-functional project exposure is a strong plus
Experience in change management, driving transformations
Strong project management skills with familiarity with a variety of tools and techniques. Proven successful management of end-to-end project life cycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and budget control.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and manage various stakeholders, both internal and external and presentation to senior executives.
Experience in financial monitoring of projects and program status tracking.
Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
What will be your key responsibilities?Drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products with each division.
Translate Petcare digital roadmap into the local cross-division plan and lead implementation planning and execution with their Direct Reports (Team of 4-5 associates)
Partner with business owners, product owners and product teams to manage roadmaps and backlogs for all digital products and services within the division.
Escalate issues with the central PMO team and divisions.
Create and design annual workshops for divisions to update digital use case priorities and identify the next wave of Products/Services release.
Accountable for overall financial monitoring of the totality of local projects, additional investment requirements and business planning.
Ensure reporting and visibility of product implementations to GDP overall (Leadership, d@scale steerco, product owners, divisions)
Combines outputs KPIs across different divisions into a dashboard and issues recommendations to accelerate value creation.
