We are currently seeking a PMO Master Scheduler to join our team in Salem, Oregon (US-OR), United States (US).

Provides coordination and support of Project Management Office (PMO) efforts for NTT DATA.  The Master Scheduler position works closely with project leadership, state staff, and other vendors to ensure successful delivery of NTT DATA PMO services.  This position supports client leadership, project schedule management, plan development, status reporting, training, and other PMO related services at the direction of the NTT DATA project leadership.

Job Responsibilities Include:
•    Develop client deliverables in accordance with project requirements and documentation standards
•    Serve as a mentor and technical support to other project managers in their effort to manage their own project schedules
•    Develop and maintain an integrated portfolio master schedule
•    Develop schedule and resource reports
•    Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable
•    Create and sustain a culture that encourages high performance of individuals and teams
•    Review and assess project management plans/schedules for quality and completeness
•    Identify and report project risks and issues
•    Interface with client, vendor, and business users
•    Support project efforts through the development, maintenance and reporting on individual and integrated project schedules
•    Solicit status of schedule tasks and communicate task start and finish plans
•    Work with client leadership on master schedule strategy and execution
•    Ensure work is completed on time and with high and professional quality
•    Provide problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to exercise mature judgment
•    Undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their manager

Basic Qualifications:
•    Minimum of eight (8) years of project management experience
•    Minimum three (3) years of experience serving in a role as a Master Scheduler in Microsoft Project for at least three separate projects
•    Minimum three (3) years experience managing an Integrated Master Schedule with inputs from multiple separate stakeholder groups
•    A minimum of three (3) years working in a PMO
•    Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•    Strong customer service attitude

Preferred Skills:
•    A minimum of three (3) years of project management experience working in government.
•    Ability to review deliverables and processes for quality and completeness
•    Ability to develop custom elements and (macro) power tools – Visual Basic
•    Ability to configure Microsoft Project
•    Prior experience working with state government staff and/or consultants
•    PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
•    A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a consultant in a client-facing role.
