Make It Uniquely Yours.** You oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s). **How you will contribute** You will: + Align supply chain plans with the 4 LA BU´s and focal point for a specific BU. + Coordinate cross-BU projects of the category, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery. + Support the construction of business cases that support the supply chain strategy. + Identify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to regional and global leads when necessary + Communicate program-level reporting and status updates + Help in the capabilities building of the organization, coaching and mentoring local teams in terms of project management, i2M process and tools and capex approval process and policies. + Coordinate activities with the BUs and LA teams to built the LA Masterplan involving major investment in capacity, innovation and productivity projects of the long term LA MSC Strategy. + Engage multifunctional BUs teams for BMR agenda, ideas and opportunities generation and event preparation. + Work with local teams to identify and execute opportunities of harmonization, portfolio simplification and major synergies between BUs. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members and LA Senior Leadership Team. + Deep knowledge of relevant business processes (Business case construction, i2M, Productivity, Masterplan, etc) and related technology solutions + Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making + Focus on solid business cases that maximize LA resources in terms of Capex, technical solution, people, expertise. + Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Our Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.
