Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPATransportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

Job Responsibilities:
Partner with key PMO stakeholders to operate project methodologies and execute PMO processes.Build deep understanding of methodology and process operation across multiple areas of PMO Operations.Provide guidance, clarity and support to those working within a process.Support the Senior Analyst and Lead roles; provide input into continuous improvement activities.Analyze key processes and provide areas for improvement.Ability to understand complex processes and frameworks.Trusted partner to our customers; someone who can help guide people through a process.Great communicator and partnership builder.Ensure processes are executed to a high level of quality.Responsive to support requests from Process Users.
