Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple’s corporate and retail workplaces and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Program Manager to oversee a variety of programs, to continuously improve on workflows and drive global consistency across teams in Places.
**Description**
The Program Manager is responsible for collaborating cross functionally to identify, define and implement processes; enhance existing tools and systems; and develop innovative and cost optimization solutions to empower the Development and Facilities Management teams to seamlessly execute all work and deliver an exceptional Retail Store experience for Apple’s employees and customers. - Lead, collaborate and align with various internal Apple teams, the Places team and the wider Operational Businesses to ensure the successful creation and implementation of tools, systems and processes that drive efficiency. - Collaborate with Development and Facilities Management teams to establish and track budgets for annual Capex and Opex plans; analyze trend data from the various tools and systems utilized by the team (Workplace Web, Service Channel, CORE, etc.) - Drive functional and operational excellence of all projects and programs by providing consistent and prescript feedback using data and other factual insights to cross functional teams including Real Estate, Design, Merchandising, Sourcing & Fulfillment, Global Security, Information Systems & Technology, etc. - Develop, create and release periodic reports to leadership, providing insight on overall business health; identify and develop strategies to improve performance, financial economies and/or service quality. - Support Development and Facilities Management teams to proactively monitor key performance indicators for global service provider base and action on trends/outliers to improve performance, financial economies and/or service quality.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree or significant equivalent work experience in Operations Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Real Estate, Design, and / or Engineering, Architecture.
+ Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and correlations, to develop strategies and support business decisions.
+ 7+ years of experience supporting a large, geographically diverse global portfolio of high-value or high-complexity projects or programs.
+ Previous experience working in complex technical or global operations environments; maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
