PMO Senior Specialist
The opportunity

The PMO Senior Specialist is a valuable resource of the PMO team for the overall portfolio oversight and reporting. Portfolio oversight covers portfolio and project planning, mobilization, execution and control, reporting, implementation and closure. This also Includes governance and compliance to local and regional portfolio and project standards. The resource also functions as delegate and back -up resource of the Project Portfolio Lead.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the Budget Exercise, preparation of Book of Work, Planview Updates and Initiative Mobilization (Per Project)Oversee resource tracking, monitoring and reporting of all projects' resources in terms of new assignments, onboarding, roll-offs, transfer, resignations and new requestsWalkthrough of ODF, assist PO & PMs in drafting Business Case and Simplified Financials, conduct In-Good-Order reviewMonitor timely completion/submission (by PO/PM), facilitates follow-up, enAssist POs/PM in preparing for Finance, CPC and APC (if needed) approvalsSet up, administration, and maintenance (updates) of work item, financials, schedule & resource plan, outcome/benefits, risk/issuesCollect Monthly Status UpdatesProcess Billing & Invoices (timesheet charges validation, approvals & payment processing)Tracks Project Financials including plan, actuals & forecastAssist POs/PMs in preparing for Quarterly Checkpoint (CPC)Quarterly Benefits and KPI ReportingAssist/conduct Lessons Learned session and assist POs/PMs as part of project closure

What we are looking for

Must be a College Graduate

Minimum of 5 years experience working in IT Delivery or PMO

With Project Management knowledge and background

With Project Governance experience

With advanced knowledge and experience in using MS Office suite
