Job Description 

As part of the Technology Strategy team, the incumbent will play a key role in supporting global Technical PMO engagements from India in driving the company's strategic and operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring performance meets the desired targets. 

 

Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyze large sets of data, support project lead, work directly with project teams and enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in business development, thought leadership and firm building activities. 

Position Requirements 

Knowledge Preferred (General) 

PwC’s Technology Strategy practice is aimed at providing client solutions that are directly related to the CIO/CTO, managing/transforming business functions, providing diligence with respect to technologies involved and supporting transformation projects.  

 

Skills & Competencies  

The incumbent should be able to demonstrate proven and thorough knowledge or success in supporting large teams through the design and implementation of changes to strategy and operations (including people, processes, and technology changes) by:  

Articulate business issues and trends within one or multiple industries, solve complex problems by structuring challenges, and utilize analytical tools 

Demonstrate business acumen by leveraging cloud technologies and architectures 

Describe technology solutions and usage models in business terms and demonstrate business value to clients 

Develop comprehensive action plans, strategies, and roadmaps to address client challenges and achieve their goals 

Determine client needs, identify use cases for a technology/solution, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and develop a business case 

Manage client relationships, conduct stakeholder meetings, support project administration, and identify sales opportunities 

Demonstrate ownership of tasks, manage workstreams, and effectively lead junior team members 

Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, engaging stakeholders across various situations 

Create reusable deliverables, develop training materials, and lead automation initiatives 

 

We are looking for candidates with experience and skillset in the following areas: 

Proficiency in Technical Project and Program Management, including mobilizing programs and business case development 

Advanced skills in running program status meetings, executive forums, and technical war rooms 

Expertise in drafting status reports, technical delivery roadmaps, and timelines for technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Strong ability to maintain a backlog of work, follow up on deliverables, and create RAID logs 

Advanced experience in dashboarding tools to represent program status and drafting product readiness reports 

Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and legal contract drafting 

Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies, including experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs 

Experience with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Suite, Slack, MS Teams, JIRA, and Confluence  

  

Qualifications  

Master’s degree – Technology and/or Management (Business Administration) specialization  

5 - 9 years relevant experience in a PMO or technology strategy role, with a focus on project and program management 

Certifications relevant to any of the following areas -   

PMP Certification 

ITIL Certification  

Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agile certification  

AWS, Azure, or GCP certification (Beginner level)
