We have an opportunity for A PMRB (Nonconforming Materials) Coordinator with exceptional administrative skills including attention to detail. You will make a big impact on site goals by expediting the processing of the nonconforming materials backlog and collaborating with functional groups.
You should be adept at quickly processing large volumes of data in SAP, skilled in the MS Office Suite, and have exemplary communication skills. Expert knowledge of our products is a helpful foundation for this administrative position.
This is a 1st shift position (Monday – Friday 6:30AM- 3PM).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manage the MRB backlog, escalating stale items for action & closure.
Assign and track tasks in SAP related to the processing of rejected material and initiating the appropriate workflow.
Conduct annual physical inventory of MRB (ref: RMT-FIN-1520.3).
Ensure complete SAP processing and Return to Stock of “No Defect Found” QN’s.
Assist all support functions such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Product Quality in the disposition of supplied non-conforming material.
Update shelf-life expiration date, after recertification, on all inventory as needed.
Verify RAI rejections when appropriate prior to material disposition IAW material inspection plans.
Assign preliminary disposition to materials rejected at RAI. Preliminary dispositions are limited to: Return-to-Vendor, Scrap, and No Defect Found.
Create metrics and report dashboards to show updated status.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Advanced MS Office Suite skills including calendars, MS Excel Spreadsheets, and Outlook for professional business communications.
1+ year of experience in a procurement, supply chain, Quality, logistics, or inspection position.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The salary range for this role is $38,841 - $72,849. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
