We are a community built on love, loyalty and confidence.  WHO WE ARE HIRING:We are looking for a highly motivated licensed tattoo artist and cosmetologist/esthetician who is interested in joining our team as a PMU/Microblading Artist, and ideally, a Lash Stylist, as well. If you are a brow obsessed, experienced and tattoo licensed Permanent Makeup/Microblading artist who wants to expand your clientele and join a fast-growing team, then keep reading! We’re looking for someone who is fun, friendly, and responsible. Are you able to focus on your clients while creating an inviting and positive ambiance? If so, we would love for you to apply! Candidates for this position will have exceptional attention to detail with the ability to create an inviting and informative environment for our guests. A minimum of one year’s PMU experience with portfolio of at least 20 high-quality examples of microblading, powder, lips and eyeliner. Valid Tennessee Tattoo Artist License required. Certifications for all lash services provided Continued investment in your training as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician A built-in book of leads Booking/scheduling completely handled by the front desk staff Generous discounts on services and retail products Opportunities for career growth and advancement as a Lash Stylist RESPONSIBILITIES: Create an excellent, spa-like experience for every guest through the application of our services Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products Understand and promote products and memberships Thoroughly conduct guest consultation prior to service application, and take notes in guest charts for future tracking Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization and cleanliness of overall treatment room Maintain clean and sterile work environment Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked Helps at promotional events and performs, when asked, services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Active Cosmetology or Esthetician license Valid State Tattoo License Strong verbal communication and listening skills Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating guests on products and services offered Well organized, detail oriented Exhibits sound judgement Strong work ethic Forms strong working relationships with team Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement JOB TYPE:  Full-time, some evenings and weekends  START DATE: Q1 2024  Compensation: $40,000.00 - $71,800.00 per year
