**PMV Athlete 1 / Forklift Driver** **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** In this role, the individual will be responsible for working in a team environment where loaded corrugated boxes are selected, processed, palletized, and shipped out to Nike customers with pinpoint accuracy. They will also coordinate priorities with multiple internal customers, ensuring that duties are prioritized in a timely fashion each day. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for someone who can operate Dock Stockers, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Single/Double Walkies. This person must strictly follow all Nike safety policies and procedures, report any unsafe conditions, and take appropriate measures to protect their own safety and that of their colleagues. They will need to maintain the durability of lift trucks by inspecting them daily and reporting any equipment problems to their supervisor. Responsibilities include loading and unloading corrugated boxes onto or from conveyor belts or pallets, anchoring, palletizing, and wrapping pallets based on customer demand, as well as storing pallets in Pack & Hold locations and retrieving them for loading. A good understanding of dock door and trailer loading practices is essential, along with the ability to use RF devices to scan and complete material movements in the system. The ideal candidate should also be able to interact effectively and work successfully with a diverse group of people at all levels to reach common goals. - Ability to operate Dock Stockers, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Walkies - Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures - Experience in loading and unloading corrugated boxes - Capability to maintain and inspect lift trucks daily - Strong communication and teamwork skills with diverse groups **Available shift :** _Mid night- 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM EST (Sun to Thu)_ **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** Active forklift license is a must upon application. You should be willing to work in various areas, including weekends and overtime as needed. The role involves lifting between 10lbs and 50lbs and standing for long periods. You'll need to use safe cutting tools for tape and boxes, operate a Pump Truck, and conduct pre-inspections and audits of loads, trailers, and PMVs. Understanding unique customer needs based on load requirements is essential, along with ensuring 100% accuracy of loads and their contents while adhering to load plans.
