As a Customer Success Enablement Program Manager, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful enablement programs that enhance the effectiveness of our CS organization, driving customer engagement, retention, and long-term success. This role is a high-impact, cross-functional position where you’ll collaborate with CS Leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Operations teams to create, implement, and optimize strategic enablement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing learning experiences and operational processes that ensure our CS team is equipped to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

+ Program Management: Design, launch, and manage enablement programs for CSMs, including onboarding, continuous learning, and specialized training initiatives, ensuring programs drive measurable business impact.
+ Project Execution: Lead end-to-end enablement initiatives, from needs assessment and planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align enablement programs with company initiatives, new product launches, and evolving business strategies.
+ Process Optimization: Establish and improve scalable frameworks, workflows, and best practices for enablement programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, gathering feedback, defining enablement priorities, and ensuring content and training initiatives address real business needs.
+ Content Strategy & Management: Oversee the development and curation of enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, guides, and learning paths, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
+ Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs through feedback, performance metrics, and engagement data, using insights to optimize future initiatives.
+ Instructional Design Integration: Leverage knowledge of instructional design principles to guide the development of effective training content, working with content creators to ensure engaging and impactful learning experiences.
+ Industry Best Practices: Stay informed on the latest trends in customer success enablement, program management, and instructional design to continuously evolve strategies and methodologies
Work Location:US RemoteQualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enablement, or training development, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
+ Strong project and program management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment.
+ Ability to analyze performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to improve enablement programs.
+ Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience guiding content development efforts.
+ Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in enablement tools such as Allego, Gainsight, LMS platforms, or similar technologies.
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, instructional design, or a related field preferred.

This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
