Deltek is looking to hire experienced software sales professionals!
+ In this Principal Sales Representative role, you will work with the Architecture and Engineering community in the SMB space, highlighting how Deltek’s Ajera and Vantagepoint solutions can help them manage, measure and deliver projects, better than ever before.
+ This is a fast-paced net new sales opportunity.
+ The ability to find, develop, identify problems, present value/ROI, and bring on board happy new customers is a must.
+ You’ll have state-of-the art tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing support, and a strong onboarding and professional development program, in a marketplace where Deltek has proven success.
+ As a new hire, you will participate in Deltek’s intensive 1 week sales training program, collaborate with and shadow your peers, work closely with a mentor, and take product training as well as a curated selection of LinkedIn Learning courses to further develop your skills.

Qualifications :
+ Success selling technology with a track record of exceeding monthly/annual quota
+ 8+ years minimum in software sales, preferably with experience in complex sales
+ Experience with Salesforce is preferred
+ A team player who works well in a collaborative environment and supports their colleagues
+ A professional who takes initiative
+ Outstanding verbal, written and remote presentation skills
+ Experience with sales process, sales strategy and prospective customers purchase decision process
+ A history of working with C-level prospect
