PNE Enterprise Analytics Sr. Lead

What are we looking for?

Preferred education Is a university degree In business or IT10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, preferably in a multinational or consumer goods environmentProven track record of leading analytics teams and driving business impact through data-driven decision-makingStrong experience in business partnering, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and operational teamsExperience in centralizing and scaling analytics capabilities across multiple business units or regionsKnowledge of advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML applications in a business context is a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?Lead the Enterprise Analytics product line by defining and executing a clear strategy for OE-specific analytics, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise standards.Centralize all PNE Data & Analytics efforts under a single governance model, consolidating fragmented analytics initiatives to drive efficiency, consistency, and business impact.Act as the strategic business partner to PNE leadership and OE teams, translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions that enhance decision-making, optimize performance, and support business transformation.Collaborate closely with the AOE D&A team to ensure PNE leverages global frameworks to delivery scalable solutions for the OE and meet regional operational needs.Prioritize and drive adoption of analytics solutions, ensuring OE teams have the right tools, skills, and insights to maximize value from data.Develop a structured data governance framework, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards while enabling seamless data integration across functions.Lead the continuous evolution of analytics capabilities, identifying emerging trends, tools, and technologies that can drive competitive advantage for PNE.Drive change management and upskilling efforts, ensuring OE teams are fully enabled to leverage analytics in their day-to-day decision-making.Measure and communicate the impact of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement of analytics products.
