PO Match Resolution Manager- Remote

What you’ll do:
As a Purchase Order Match Resolution Manager, you will identify root causes of invoice miss-matches and supports process improvement and change management initiatives to prevent miss-matches. Additionally, you will manage the team that performs all root cause analysis and follow-up on PO Match exceptions.
Responsibilities:
Manages the Payments Team for Accounts PayableMonitors all payment runs, compliance to controls, and banking interactionsCoordinates with Treasury as neededIdentifies exception processes, root causes and identify opportunities for continuous improvementManages Escheatment processManages annual 1099 processRegular and reliable attendance.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Information:
1099 process knowledgeUnderstanding the procure to pay process ( Purchase Order 2–3-way match/PO problem solvingExcellent customer serviceMonth end/year end closingFamiliar with OCR processingVendor statement reconciliationUnderstand chart of accountsFull cycle Accounts PayableSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
What you’ll need:
Education: High School diploma required with related years of experience. Bachelor degree in areas of Supply Chain Operations preferred
Experience: 3-5 years with experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment with Workday & Oracle Fusion or Oracle 11.5 experience required
