**Job Title: POD Build Lead** **Job Description** We are looking for a POD Build Lead to join our team. This role involves leading the construction of 'PODS' or inventory bins at Amazon sites, aimed at upgrading the site to enhance automation capabilities. The POD Build Lead will work closely with leadership teams to ensure the successful execution of the project. **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of POD Builders on-site. + Track and manage performance, attendance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program. + Collaborate with the Project Management Team to ensure project milestones are met. + Provide supervision and support for mechanical assembly and troubleshooting. + Ensure maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Strong supervisory skills. + Proven project leadership experience. + Mechanically inclined with experience in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting. + Ability to manage and lead a production team. + Experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical maintenance or assembly experience. + Previous experience in a supervisory or management role. **Why Work Here?** Join us in launching the large Amazon Robotics Distribution Center in Virginia Beach.
