What We Need:
Responsible for coordinating podcast spot production across the entire iHeartPodcast Network. This team plays an integral part in overseeing the execution of all podcast ad products from start to finish, which involves critical communications to our Producers & Talent across the network, as well as our Client Service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all campaign assets in service of iHeartMedia’s advertising partners.
What You'll Do:
Acts as podcast teams’ central point of contact for spot production across all inventory buys on the iHeartPodcast NetworkWorks as communications funnel for Client Service teams to ensure all creative assets are completed accurately and on schedule. Provides key intel as the main connector between Production, and Client Service teams.Serves as project manager for internal & external production teams and talent, to help clarify information, oversee timelines for delivery and review all assets for accuracy prior to delivering back to Client Service teams. This includes:Reviewing all copy and confirming CTA information is included in submission records prior to passing along to productionCommunicating with both Client Service teams and Production teams to ensure all parties have the necessary information to hit targetsTracking all turnaround times and flagging with appropriate parties when timing is off. Finding solutions to resolve issues when timelines cannot be metQ/A all assets from Production for accuracy/issues prior to sending back to Client Service teamsOrganizes and manages all workflow streams and timelines utilizing Airtable
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited college or university2+ years’ experience working in the advertising/media industryStrong writing skills a mustIntermediate experience with Airtable a plusFamiliarity with digital advertisingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and efficiently manage time and prioritiesExceptional attention to detailDedication to quality work whilst maintaining efficiency
