Understand the Point of Care landscape and the changes taking place in the Israeli Healthcare System affecting Point of CareServes as the primary customer’s point of contactAccountable for driving best possible customer experience with Roche & Roche products always focusing on value for customersIdentify and drive strategic projects within PoC to position Roche for upcoming tenders and product launchesActively seeks for new business growth opportunitiesMaintain long-term relationships and trust with KOLs in Point of Care and Works to grow the customer relationship by identifying newbusiness opportunities and to influence the acceptance and use of company’s productsMaintain commercial agreements with our Point of Care customers andmonitor customer billing and pricing for accuracy/timelinessDeliver/install, service and support our POC products sold to customers and provide customer trainingResponsible the handling of product complaints, escalation, reporting and update activitiesEnsure knowledge and understanding of customer needsProvides ongoing customers feedback so the organization can use anylearnings from the customer and turn them into a valuable customer journeygenerating leadsWho you are:
B.sc or equivalent degree or extensive work experience within DiagnosticsAt least 4 years of relevant commercial experienceThorough understanding of Point of Care, its structure and stakeholder landscape.Thorough understanding of customer needs and ability to build trustful, long term relations with customers.Able to plan and execute complete product delivery incl. sales,installation, training and maintenance within Point of Care portfolio.Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and influencing skills based on building strong long lasting relationshipsPassionate and empathetic about working with customers in the Healthcare SystemCustomer-centric and results-orientedAbility to gain deep knowledge of the relevant technological solutionsAbility to sell and/or demonstrate IVD instrumentation and reagentsFluent in English and HebrewWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
