THE JOB:
As a Poker Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of players and guests as necessary. You will be the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services. You will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE STARTING RATE: $28 per hour + tips

THE SCHEDULE: Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Schedules are subject to change. You may be scheduled a shift with the following start time below.

Grave shift: 2 AM - 6 AMDay shift: 10 AM - 5 PMSwing shift: 6 PM - 11 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Act as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting listSeat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocolStay informed about all Poker Division activities and events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Possesses a high school diploma or GEDHas at least 2 years of poker dealer or casino supervisory experienceStrong leadership skilsClear and effective communication skillsAbility to think on your feet and resolve issues quicklyObservant and detail-oriented

Pay Range:

The starting rate for this role is:

$28.00

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
