Your roleDesign and implement Polarion ALM solutions tailored to client needsConfigure and customize Polarion workflows, templates, and reportsIntegrate Polarion with other tools and systems in the client's ecosystemProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teamsConduct performance tuning and optimization of Polarion instancesDevelop and maintain documentation for Polarion architectures and processesTrain and mentor team members on Polarion best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations in Polarion implementationsTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to PolarionYour skills and experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience working with Polarion ALMStrong understanding of ALM concepts and software development lifecycleExpertise in Polarion administration, configuration, and customizationExperience in resolving performance issues in Production Polration environmentProficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Velocity, and XMLExperience with integrating Polarion with other tools (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins, Git)Knowledge of requirements management, test management, and traceabilityFamiliarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPolarion ALM certification is nice to haveExperience with other ALM tools (e.g., IBM Rational, HP ALM) is preferredExperience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices is nice to haveFamiliarity with DOORS for requirements management is nice to have
