This position is located in the Archives - Facility Services Section of the Secretary of State , Baton Rouge, LA. Job Duties: + Makes routine rounds of assigned areas as a visible deterrent to crime, remaining vigilant to potential threats to person and property. + Works special assignments involving large crowd control operations, surveillance activities and matters involving fire safety. + Monitors the access control and video surveillance systems. Monitors and controls the activity on the loading dock by operation of the electronic doors from the security panel. + Completes daily activity logs and all accident and incident reports generated on incumbent’s shift.
