Policy Data and Reporting Lead
*POLICY DATA AND REPORTING LEAD* WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Policy Data and Reporting Lead will be responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and solutions for data, and associated automation for the Policy Governance Office. Responsibilities are multi-faceted and will include such goals as defining our data reporting strategy with respect to data sourcing, tooling, training, and governance as well as creating and implementing repeatable business aligned insight across policy metrics, SLAs, and capacity modeling. The Policy Data and Reporting Lead will also engage with our technology teams help improve the policy management system of record. This role may also include future oversight of other associated automation. The role will report to the head of Policy in Risk Management. What you will do * Support the Office of Policy Management, which is primarily responsible for bank-wide policy governance, rationalization, and change management * Oversee and serve as a key point of contact of the Office of Policy Management team, primarily responsible for: * Managing and reporting progress against projects (e.g., regulatory and internal issues, system development) * Performing data quality controls * Developing and maintaining tools to enable document management * Oversee the management and periodic review and refresh of the “Policy on policies”, including monitoring and tracking of adherence * Drives migration of documents into the central repository * Owns publishing and retirement of documents * Work closely with the SVP to proactively identify, escalate and mitigate potential implementation and governance issues *Must-Have** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent * Minimum 8 years of banking, consulting or financial services experience * Minimum 8 years of project management experience *Skills and Knowledge* * High Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint * Strong project management capabilities * Strong verbal, and written communication skills * Well organized and meticulous attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to think critically and facilitate change through collaborative effort * Self-motivation, discipline, task focus, the ability to structure and present work, and a proven record of delivering high quality results within strict timelines * Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize several concurrent initiatives *Compensation* Starting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
