The Special Programs Security Principal Analyst will be responsible ensuring compliance with all Raytheon and Government regulations including but not limited to the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, DoDM 5105.21 series, Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), and the ICD-705 Technical Specification.  This position will provide daily support and oversight to SAPFs and SCIFS.  This position is onsite and will be based at Tucson, AZ.

What You Will Do

Develop, and implement cost effective security procedures utilizing the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07 series, the ICD-705, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).Support classified meetings and visits for company executives and customers.Maintain the operational readiness of SAPFs/SCIFs.Support company projects related to the development of SOPs, procedures, plans, and facility construction.Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or Government inspections. Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise and the associated risk to the program(s).  Collaborate and assist the ISSO / ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements.  Develop FFC/Tempest documentationSupport Access Control

Qualifications You Must Have

Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.  Advanced degrees may be considered in lieu of prior experience.   Previous experience as a Special Programs Security Officer (PSO, CPSO, GSSO, SSO) supporting SAP and/or SCI Programs.Previous physical security experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study.  At least 6 years of National Security experience preferred.  Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (ex. Introduction to SAPs, ICD-705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
