What you do

Collect data to calculate premiums, bonuses, fees, and apply pricing conditions. Calculate and apply bonus and malus conditions accurately. Control invoice proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure follow-up and chase information for Turnover Declarations. Control and verify Turnover Declarations to maintain data integrity. Perform Turnover Declaration controlling to ensure accuracy. Monitor, report, and chase Group Ticketing activities. Offer advisory support on daily operations, assisting colleagues and stakeholders. Support projects on operational aspects and participate in related UAT. Investigate complaint cases and provide suggestions for problem resolution. Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve issues promptly. Maintain the operation procedure manual, ensuring it is comprehensive and regularly updated. Document and update processes to reflect changes in operations or regulations. Participate in the implementation of operational projects. Actively engage in harmonizing processes with other regions to ensure consistency and efficiency. Undertake other activities as required by the company's needs. Contribute to test campaigns to validate new systems or process changes.

 

What you bring

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, or a related role within the insurance or financial services industry.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
