The Policy Manager, Compliance is accountable for continuing development and oversight of WelbeHealth’s multistate policy library and policy education. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Compliance, this position partners effectively with the WelbeHealth central team and PACE programs to achieve a high level of compliance with state and federal laws/regulations, internal policies and procedures, consistent success with internal and external audits, and effective strategies to mitigate compliance and operational risks.
Essential Job Duties:
Maintain the development and oversight of WelbeHealth’s multistate policy library Review policies to ensure accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards Oversee annual and ad hoc review and updates to all policies Assist enterprise policy owners with drafting, implementing, enforcing, and updating policiesJob Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare compliance required; PACE experience preferred Knowledge of and ability to research laws and regulations pertinent to PACE programs Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families and interdisciplinary team members Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects Ability to travel for a minimum of 1-2 days on an annual basis, as neededBenefits of Working at WelbeHealth: Apply your compliance expertise in new ways as we rapidly expand.
