Job Description
The Policy & Patient Engagement Manager - accountable for defining, facilitating and implementing strategic plans on public healthcare and patients’ engagement policies, with special focus on driving and enhancing partnerships with external stakeholders including patients' organizations and developing and driving health literacy and educational projects addressed to different groups of stakeholders.
The candidate will:
Actively collaborate with external stakeholders and internal cross functional teams on development and implementation of strategy.Identify key health policy challenges and analyze general developments in the country healthcare sector.Effectively shape environment in main areas of our company interests.Develop our companyhealth literacy projects within assigned area (in collaboration with marketing, medical and digital teams), that meet stakeholders needs and help to achieve common goals.Build opportunities for strategic dialogue on healthcare system and promote our company position within institutions and organizations,Build innovative ways to address health policy makers, especially patients’ advocacy leaders.Develop health educational projects and website content.Expected skills:
Excellent Polish and English language skills.At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably leading projects in GOV or healthcare industry.Previous experience in oncology and rare disease area would be an advantageBachelor or Master’s degree -preferably in Public Relations, Political Sciences, Life Sciences or Communication and high interest in healthcare sector and the broad environment (macro-political, economic, social).Strategic thinking, experience in project management and high determination for achieving results,Ability to work under the time pressure and prioritize work.Experience in working with MS Office, Teams or Google tools.Good affinity to adapt approach to the relevant audiences.Openness to learn new skills.Good time management and self-organizational skillsStrong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.Strong interpersonal and networking skills.Current Employees apply HERE
