Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Policy Project Manager / Auditor in Kernersville, North Carolina. This role involves managing projects related to our company's policies and conducting audits to ensure compliance. The industry we operate in requires a detail-oriented individual with skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, IBM, and more. Responsibilities: • Overseeing policy-related projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget • Utilizing Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking • Leveraging Cloud Technologies for efficient project execution and data management • Regularly auditing policies and procedures for compliance and effectiveness • Using CRM and ERP systems for managing customer relationships and resource planning • Applying IBM technologies for project management and auditing tasks • Implementing 'About Time' strategies for efficient project execution • Adhering to Agile Scrum methodologies for project management • Managing budget processes to ensure resources are allocated effectively • Ensuring clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Requirements • Position requires proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking. • Familiarity and experience with Cloud Technologies is essential for this role. • Must have a strong understanding and practical experience of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. • Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a must for efficient resource management and planning. • Proficiency in IBM software and tools is required. • Experience with the 'About Time' software is preferred for effective time management. • The applicant must have practical experience in Agile Scrum for project management. • Understanding and experience with budget processes is necessary for financial planning and control. • Excellent communication skills are required for clear and effective team coordination. • A background or familiarity with construction is preferred as it could be beneficial for policy auditing.
