Assist Policy Services Department with Daily Management and Tasks.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Maintain Proper Filing System for Policy Files and Paper Filing
2. Code and Create New Business Files
3. Pull and distribute Renewal Files Monthly
4. Maintain Proper File Destruction Timeline
5. Prepare and Distribute Office Mail Daily
6. Provide Coverage for Receptionist
7. Assist Policy Services Team with Reinstatements
8. Order and Distribute Experience Modification Worksheets
9. Provide Back up for Loss Run Requests
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
