ROLE PURPOSE

Provide customer service via email in relation to general administration support and follow specific policies and procedures to close out work requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process all emails related to product, process and policies and accomplish all reports as required by clientsProperly assess completeness of documents received and provide solutions if incompletePerforms moderately complex clerical, administrative and general office dutiesFollow established policies, procedures and guidelines for work requests, problem resolution and escalating inquiries to business leads.Enter data into systems and make updates or corrections while adhering to the guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge

Basic knowledge on customer service Knowledge in Insurance Processing is preferred

Skills

Proficient verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS toolsCustomer service focusKeen to detailsAdministration and Organisation skillsAbility to Multi-taskAnalytical skills and stakeholder management

Experience

At least 6-12 months in a similar role is an advantagePreferably with BPO experienceAmenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends and PH holidaysAmenable to work in Cebu Business Park, Ayala, Cebu City
