Job Title: Oxford Policy Administration Processor
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced processor to join our Policy Administration team. In this position, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of policy changes and distribution requests for Life, Annuity and Medicare Supplement policies.

Provide exceptional customer service and proactively build customer relationships to effectively solve customer needsTimely review and processing of policy changes transactions such as address changes, ownership, beneficiary changes, etc.Review all life and annuity transaction requests for accuracy and process disbursement transactions including withdrawals, surrenders, loans, annuity financial transactions, annuity transfers, Required Minimum Distributions (RMD), maturities and annuitizations with attention to detail and a high rate of accuracyMeet or exceed department productivity and quality guidelinesMonitor and respond to team and department emailsAbility to learn by hands-on training and peer-trainingAssist with monitoring reports and additional projects when neededMaintain confidentiality of all policies information and adhere to company’s privacy regulationsQualifications:
Required:
